Terms of Engagement

Please read these Terms of Engagement carefully before using the Attorneys Klinique platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The Firm

Attorneys Klinique Law Consultancy is a legal consultancy partnership registered in Nigeria. References to “the firm”, “we”, or “us” refer to Attorneys Klinique Law Consultancy and its partners.

2. Formation of Engagement

A lawyer-client relationship is formed only when both you and Attorneys Klinique have signed a formal engagement letter. Booking a consultation, making a payment, or communicating with the firm does not by itself create a lawyer-client relationship. Until a formal engagement is established, information you share with us may not be protected by legal professional privilege.

3. Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are as displayed at the time of booking. All fees are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full before a consultation is confirmed. Fees shown on the website are indicative; final fees are confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Rescheduling is free if done at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the consultation fee. No-shows are non-refundable. Full details are provided at the time of booking.

5. Confidentiality

Once a formal engagement is established, all communications between you and your assigned partner are protected by legal professional privilege. The firm will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law or with your express consent.

6. Platform Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the platform to submit false or misleading information, or to attempt to circumvent any security measures.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
