How a plan works

Open a plan to see what it includes, what it leaves out and the monthly and annual price. Annual is twelve months at the monthly price, paid once a year.

Subscribe takes you to your client dashboard. If you are not signed in yet, you sign in or create an account first and are brought straight there.
Book your consultations each month
Book them from your dashboard as you would any other consultation. Unused consultations do not roll over.

What does a plan include?
Each plan lists what it includes, and you can read the full list before you subscribe. Individual: 2 consultations a month (office, phone or video), Reviewing or drafting documents related to your consultations and Priority booking. Family: Covers you and up to 4 named family members, 4 consultations a month shared by the family, Reviewing or drafting documents related to the family's consultations, such as letters, simple agreements and wills and Priority booking. Corporate Starter: 3 advisory consultations a month, Drafting and reviewing contracts, NDAs, service agreements and employment letters, Demand letters and Priority booking. Corporate Growth: 6 advisory consultations a month, including a monthly legal check in, Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, HR policies and staff handbooks, Board resolutions and minutes, Compliance guidance on regulatory obligations and Priority response. Corporate Premium: 10 advisory consultations a month (at our office, by phone or video), Drafting and reviewing all commercial contracts, HR policies, board resolutions and minutes, Contract negotiation support, Quarterly legal risk review with a written report and Same day response on urgent questions during working days.
What is not included?
Each plan shows what it leaves out. Across the plans that is: Court filings and appearances, Litigation and handling of disputes or cases, Property transactions (sale, purchase, leases and tenancy agreements), Company incorporation and registry filings, Government, registry, court and stamp duty fees and Travel and other out of pocket costs. Each court matter is quoted and billed separately after a consultation, based on its nature. Government, registry and court fees are charged separately.

What happens to consultations I do not use?
