Delete your account

1. Ask from your account
If you can sign in, this is the quickest way.
- Sign in on the website or in the app.
- Open My profile from the menu.
- Go to Your data and privacy.
- Under Make a data protection request, choose “Delete my personal data and account”.
- Add anything you would like us to know, then press Send request.
Your request then appears under the form with its status, and we reply by email. If you would like a copy of your data first, press Download my data in the same section before you send the request.
2. If you cannot sign in
Email our data protection contact at attorneysklinique@gmail.com with the subject “Data protection request”, or call +234 814 321 2579 or +234 805 569 5664. Tell us your name, the email address or phone number on the account, and that you would like your account and personal data deleted.
3. What happens next
We may ask you to confirm your identity first. We aim to reply within 30 days.
We keep your account and profile only while your account is open. When we act on your request we close your account, and we delete your personal data or make it anonymous so it can no longer identify you, unless there is a good reason for us to keep it.
4. What we keep, and for how long
Some records must be kept even if you ask us to delete them, for example accounting records or files we need to meet our professional duties. If so, we will tell you which and why. These are the periods set out in our Privacy Notice:

When a period ends we delete the data or make it anonymous so it can no longer identify you.

For anything about your personal data, email attorneysklinique@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your request, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (ndpc.gov.ng).
